Assist with all forms of corporate communications, including:

  • Trade Shows: Manage schedule of 30+ shows and coordinate all associated details for booth sizes ranging from 10' x 10' to 40' x 20'
  • Web Site: Provide updates and introduce new design concepts for enhanced product promotion
  • Email Marketing: Introduced NIBCO to iContact, and used this for many campaigns over the past couple years
  • Sales Events: Project manage various events throughout the year, including Notre Dame tailgate program
  • Copywriting: Write and edit both internal and external communication pieces
  • Research: Review online and print media to assist with various marketing projects

Worked closely with account management and production teams to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget. My role included:

  • Assisting with estimate preparation and RFP documents
  • Contribution to preliminary creative/idea sessions
  • Identifying project scope and specifications; assign tasks to team members
  • Liaison between internal production, account and management teams, as well as client

Being a smaller company, other tasks were often assigned such as copywriting, design, web analysis, and research.


Marketing Director, South Bend Civic Theatre, South Bend, IN ‿2002-2004

Promoted local, volunteer-based theatre performances. Tasks included redesign/update of swiss replica watches theatre web site; prepare news releases and other promotional material for each performance; assist with raising funds for new theatre and collaborate with other employees and volunteers on increasing theatre traffic.

Traveled overseas with spouse during his military tour; provided information, entertainment and resources for those stationed overseas, and helped arrange for special events accessible to both soldiers and local Germans.
